I rejoined the YWCA this year after working out with my Heart on my last trip to Scotland. The YWCA is a very clean and modern gym with a huge clorine free (ozonated) pool and a really nice steam room.

Now that I’m in the UK, I’ve joined Elizabeth’s gym, Bannatyne Just Fitness. It’s comparable although it lacks a swimming pool. It does have a cool mechanical climbing wall though...

Patrick has slways been very health conscious - Elizabth, his wife, and me, his mother, are now well into "the road to health and wellness" regime by Patrick. A healthy lifestyle is not just exercise, but also encompasses emotional and and eating patterns as well. Life Extensions is a great way to enhance the aging body. I was given a membership by Patrick and Elizabeth for my 52nd birthday. I plan to be practicing my regime for al least another 52 years!!!!
